We have been made aware that a small number of these membranes may have minor cuts to some tracks. It is difficult to estimate how many customers may have been affected by this as to date we have only received a small amount of feedback.
If you have received your membrane and fitted it successfully, then please remember to leave us feedback.
If you have not yet fitted the membrane, please hold it up to the light and check for minor cuts across any of the tracks.
If you have fitted the membrane and experienced problems, then please do contact us.
Please send photos of any damage to rich@rwapservices.co.uk and we will arrange for replacements to be sent.

Out of 60 A1200 membranes sold so far, I have had reports of about 6 where there is a minor break (almost like a cut) across the track. I emailed everyone to say that all recipients who had not yet fitted the membrane needed to check if their membrane suffered from this - and if so, I would send a replacement.
The factory has been made aware and I am working my way through all remaining membranes to identify those with the issue so that the factory can replace them.
Obviously, now I know about the issue, I am checking all membranes before sending them out.
So - if he has seen a cut (basically he will soon know once they are fitted as a key will not work!) then he just needs to let me know so I can send replacements!
