Generally speaking, cards with 060 are seldom in Poland (in comparison to 040's) - the main reason was its high price. The number of any card with PPC on market rapidly has decreased recently. I think the main reason of that is (expected) OS4-premiere for old amigas. Few months ago you could find several PPC-cards on Allegro in any time, but now, the one you have found is the first for many weeks.
I think, the best way to have PPC with 060 is to resolder 060 from any 060only card to BlizzardPPC with 040. Unfortunately, it needs some "tips and tricks" with jumpers on card. I dont know any person able to do this. (in polish Amiga Magazine was description of it).
