Sorry to hear that. Do you mean you have the mini-ITX (17x17 cm) version?
In this case maybe the graphic chip M9 is broken, and it is not possible to repair it.
One thing you can try is to connect a null-modem cable between the Sam and another computer. You can use a PC with the program Putty. This way you can see if the board starts or not at all.
It could be the PSU, can you try with another one? You need a good quality PSU and you need to add energy-consuming devices, like a HD instead of a SSD. Sometimes the PSU does not detect enough power requirements and it does not start the board.
