(sorry for the english)
Get the latest getvideo version that was released a couple days ago. Youtube changed something a week ago, which broke all youtube downloaders.
Regarding HTML5, you can play all youtube links (except channels) in OWB itself, even if the links aren't available for HTML5 yet, with the help of the userscript Scripts/youtube.js (you'll need the updated version at http://fabportnawak.free.fr/owb/scripts/YouTube.js since it was also broken by youtube latest changes). You just add this script through menu->windows->scripts.
After that, newly created tabs/windows will replace the Flash object (if you have flash plugin installed) with a HTML5 builtin player, and also show some direct video links to save or play below the video (choose format 18 for best performance). Note that if you don't have the flash plugin installed, you'll get this "no flash" message appearing again over the HTML5 video just after loading, so you'll need to click again the direct video link (18) to play the video.
And by the way, for HTML5 youtube links, if you haven't done it already, I suggest you also add the Scripts/youtube_fullscreen_fix.js userscript to switch to the much faster overlay mode when pressing the fullscreen button in the HTML5 player.
