When seeing comments about cases and keycaps being available in stores (from your forum and youtube comments) I thought people where referring to distributors, which is not the case. So I misunderstood distributors with our site. My mistake.
While acquiring a crystal bundle is possible from our site, the rest of your statement is a mislead for the following reasons :
Status of the Crystal case.
Honor has nothing to do with this.
The Crystal case is not a reward nor a pledge.
It is a separate product - We got a couple hundred requests from campaign supporters asking us to see if we could do this. [contributors like you].
The team considers his contributors and supporters as the most important people on hearth, simply because without you guys nothing of this would have happened.
1.Plastic injection is an heavy industry. It isn't very adaptive to changes in plans once one is set up.
2.We checked with engineers if it was possible to make this. They confirmed but only before molds get their Chemical treatment. After treatment its not possible anymore.
4.Once the Crystal Bundle was completed, we started the chemical treatments. -> Bundles were offered to campaign contributors who requested those and the remaining put on our site.
All these steps have been very clearly shared with all campaign supporters through campaign updates.
So if you're a contributor, then you should have known this already!
Please READ and follow campaign updates.
We do explain and share ALL details on what the team is doing and why and when this is happening.

- Transparent cases require the chemical treatment of molds to be done before production.
- Crystal Bundle required extensive polishing prior to the chemical treatment.
- The chemical treatment is necessary to reproduce Commodore's original touch & feel.
But with the treatment done, Crystal Bundle isn't possible anymore since the treatment is destructive on the molds surface.

Oh, my apologies I forgot to cover one more thing.
It seems there is a bit of misunderstanding regarding the CD32 A1200 Cases + CD32 Keycaps.
If you don't mind, please let me summarize here :
- All CD32 A1200 Cases are done already since 2019.
The merchandise sits in our UK warehouse waiting for keycaps since end 2019(!)
Since CD32 case badges were caught as well during covid, we're about to get those in a month.
However, if you guys want us to send over your CD32 A1200 cases right now, we can arrange this of course.
Keycaps and case badges can follow up later one once production is done.
Please let me know if you'd like that.

We've clearly exposed the issues we had and what we went through.

And now we got the results and new keycaps samples are out.

PS Dostałem informację od Phila, że ruszyła produkcja czarnych obudów do A500 i jak tylko bedą, zostaną wysłane do nas w pierwszej kolejności. Jako drugie idą na warsztat te, w oryginalnym kolorze (7 idzie dla nas).

It seems I wasn't precise enough again, my apologies.
For the A1200 Carbon cases, it is same as CD32 A1200 cases.
They're all stored in the UK warehouse, waiting for keycaps to be available.
Also same as for CD32 A1200 cases we could ship them toward you first, and then ship keycaps when available.
I don't recall right now how many CD32 cases and Carbon cases need to be sent to PPA.pl.
Its 3am here so I'll check tomorrow. Sorry.
But yes I can make a request and then we'll ask warehouse to send those cases first.

Żadnego oszustwa tu nie ma.
To nie jest tak, że Kickstarter, ogólnie crowdfunding = 0 odpowiedzialności, właśnie po to są sądy aby sprawdzać czy takie praktyki są zgodne z polskim prawem i jak najbardziej wytaczanie pozwów ma sens oczywiście jeśli kogoś na to stać czasowo/finansowo.
Moim zdaniem zbiórki Phila z perspektywy czasu zrobiły więcej złego niż dobrego, jest to porażka.
Otrzymanie czegoś co miało być po 3 miesiącach po ponad 4 latach nijak się do sukcesu nie da zaliczyć, nie wspominając o tym, że zrezygnowano z najciekawszych opcji jak różne kolory. Ja zostałem zmuszony aby przyspieszyć produkcję klawiszy do zmiany koloru. To było dawno temu a klawiszy jak nie było tak nie ma, za to jest morze słów. Chiny to nie jedyne miejsce na świecie gdzie są wtryskarki i drukarki, może najtańsze ale nie jedyne. Trzymanie się kurczowo produkcji w Chinach doprowadziło moim zdaniem do tak druzgoczącej porażki jak nie serii porażek.
